To cancel IELTS exam with IDP, you must log in to the Test Taker Portal and send a cancellation request. If you cancel less than five weeks before exam, you may need to give some documents.
You can also send the Test Date Transfer & Cancellation/Refund Form to your local IELTS test centre. Always check the cancellation policy for your area before you apply.
