How can I change from my university to Telangana University from AP University?

I have done LLB (3 years) regular course (but not completed) from AP University.

    You need to check the same with Andhra Pradesh University whether they are ready you take you in as a candidate. It is completely dependent the rules of the university to take lateral entries or not.
