The eligibility of Diploma and BTech differs. e.g. For Diploma, minimum required education is SSC while for BTech, it is HSC with PCM. So first check eligibility. If you find that you are eligibile then you have to apply for fresh admission in BTech (and drop Diploma) otherwise you can complete Dipl
