How can I change my college in the 3rd year of BALLB?
I scored 86 percent marks in class 12th in commerce and 71 percent marks in the BA LLB first year. I am pursuing 2nd year of BA LLB from MSU, Baroda.

Hi,
You can apply for transfer through lateral admission process, but for that you need to approach particular university or institute, those offer BALLB program.
Many universities offer BALLA program lateral admission in 3rd and 5th semester and do consider your academic record till your last semester.
