How can I change my college in the second year after completing the first year of engineering from the same university?

    Hello Ashish, Theoretically its possible to get transfer from one college to another, both being under same university. But the college that you are trying to leave will resist since they are loosing one paying student. You can begin your case by obtaining consent letter from college where you want to go and applying to present college for transfer. Best wishes.

    You can apply for direct second year admission in the college you wish to go. You need to take migration certificate from your current college and apply to the another college you wish to go. It will be better if both the colleges are under same university.
