How can I change my Diploma in graduation as it's becoming an issue in my career growth?
I have done a 3 year course in hotel management in 2002, at that time it used to be a Diploma. Now, this same course is said BHM.

Now, IHM provides different courses, that is Diploma, B.Sc. In H&HA and craft. I do not think there is any way.

There's no way you can change your Diploma into graduation. However, I do have a suggestion for you. I know many people who did hotel management at that time, and all of them carry a Diploma certificate, what they did was a Masters course in tourism management from IGNOU, then your the highest qualification would become Masters. Age limit would not be a factor at IGNOU, and they have option for distance learning and such things.
