If you have already enrolled in B.Sc. Maths, you might have to discard your current course to pursue B.Sc CS or BCA. You could consult with the admission department of your institute and find out if switching subjects is permitted in the institute. If not, you may have to start from scratch. If you are in your first year of studies, and the coursework is common to all branches, you may get to switch starting in the 2nd year. Good Luck!!

The criteria depends upon the college/ institute/ university you are pursuing your B.Sc. Maths programme from. If there is a process to transfer your programme to the other course, then you need to contact the admissions department of your respective college in order to change the programme.

It depends on your college, because if your college has seats available for B.Sc, Maths or BCA and if they allow you to do so at current time because some colleges won't allow it after you get enrolled.

If you are in first year, you can drop B.Sc and select BCA from the new year. It is advisable only if your college doesn't allow branch change option in second year and your are not in 2nd-year or 3rd-year because you can do MCA later followed by B.Sc. There is no problem.
