How can i change my university after first year ?

I am doing mechanical engineering from Gujarat Technological University in 1st year. can I change my university from next year in gujarat? If possible then what are the requirements for changing the university?

To change the University after 1 year is quite a difficult process and almost not possible. But still you can argue by putting the case that your parents transfer or any other medical conditions.
