How can I change my university from a university in Germany?

If you are already studying in a particular university in Germany, then this may affect your visa status. And it would also depend on the other university you are planning to join. -
You can change the university during the first year. You can fill the form of the university you want to apply and then arrange a few documents (different from first time Master application student) from your university examination office. If you are selected then you have to get your TC from university and enrol yourself at the new university. You can then transfer your subjects which are common in both university.
