How can I change my university in second year?
I have done my first year from from MLSU University, Udaipur.

Dear Kuldeep,
You may switch your institute after taking Migration & NOC from previous Institute/ University. And confirm all condition of college switching. May not possible in Same university approved institutions in same city.
