In my opinion the MBA specialisation should be chosen based on 2 attributes. First is your area of interest and second is your capability to excel in that area. Money does matter, but in the long term it won't. Finance will make or break the company. Marketing is the back bone for the company. Finance if you perform well; you will move to the top. Managing the Marketing is more important than doing marketing. If you are an introvert - Go for Finance. If you are an extrovert - Go for Marketing. Getting a job in Marketing is easy compared to Finance.

As per my understanding MBA in Marketing and Finance both has good career scope, But I will suggest you to choose MBA with Marketing, The Marketing MBA is a specialisation within the MBA (Master of Business Administration), which is one of the most widely pursued graduate degrees. Marketing students research consumer behaviour and design items that they are likely to purchase. Advertising, branding, market research, and worldwide and online marketing are just a few of the topics covered in marketing classes. Below are some of the best Private Universities:-
BITS Pilani, ICT Mumbai, Mumbai. VIT Vellore, Vellore. Geeta University, Panipat

MBA Finance is more about financial analysis, cost analysis, investment, portfolio analysis which need an analytical mind and an eye for detail.
Whereas marketing is for people oriented person. If you like knowing and talking to people then for sure you can go for MBA marketing. Marketing job involves a lot of travel.
Both the fields have pros and cons you have to decide it on basis of your personality and abilities. Please go through the links mentioned below.
