How can I clear my backlogs?

I completed my Diploma in mechanical engineering in 2013 but I still have 3 backlogs left.

Well, focus on the exam and work hard on your weak areas, that will be the best solution for your problem. Clear your backlogs as soon as possible otherwise the maximum duration to complete the Diploma degree might expire and your whole Diploma will be of no use.
