How can I clear my Graduation after 12 Years gap?

Hi, I enrolled my self for BA Pass course from Delhi University through School of Corresp. and Continuing(1996-2002) but I could not complete my graduation. I cleared all years except third year in which in Pol Science I only got 26 marks.Can i give Pol Science exam again and get my graduation done.

Please contact the official of DU for better direction in general it is not possible but some times university give the offer of Clarence at that time you will appear and complete your degree
