How can I complete my degree in BE mechanical after a long gap of 15-years?

I have last appeared in 2002 BE mechanical engineering & have 2 backlogs in the 2nd year and 3 backlogs in the third year. I have attended the final year but could not appear for exams. Now I want to complete my degree, how is it possible?

    I think you have to take backlogs and regular study as separately. So prefer to clear all backlogs first, Before enrolling for any semester. By doing this, your workload will definitely reduced and will come some favorable results.
