How can I complete my discontinued graduation?

I did my college from Delhi (2005 -2008 batch), but due to some family issue could not complete the 3rd year. Now,I want to complete my graduation and moreover I want to complete it in one year. Is there any possibility to complete it through some recognised university using credits transfer method?
