Dear Abhineet,
Many universities offer B.Tech Degree through Part time for Diploma holders in one or two affiliated colleges.
Anna University
JNTU
Jadhavpur university
Nagpur university and many more
You should enquire in respective university you are interested in.
or Go for AMIE
