The World Integrated Traditional Healthcare Organisation (WITHO) an apex international organisation formed with the shared ambition to undertake joint efforts required for Preservation, Protection and Promotion of Traditional Healthcare systems for Peace, Prosperity, and Purity to prevail in the world and make every effort to conventionalize and mainstreaming traditional healthcare across the globe thereby ensuring the attainment by all peoples of the highest possible level of health through traditional healthcare system.
WITHOs prime objective is to provide a dedicated platform for cooperation among Traditional Healthcare Practitioners (THPs) being represented by their respective National Federations in all countries where the global community, including bilateral and multilateral organizations, corporates, industry, and other stakeholders, can make a positive contribution to help achieve the common goals of ensuring Health For All through Traditional Systems of Healthcare and achieve the state of well-being in a safe, convenient, affordable, equitable and sustainable manner.
In support of this we shall dedicate our efforts to mobilize more than US $ 100 billion of investments needed by 2040 for putting in place the entire ecosystem needed for massive penetration and widespread use of Traditional Healthcare System throughout the world hence pave the way for a new model of World Healthcare which is adapted to the needs of a sustainable future.
The WITHO Internship Program offers graduate students from diverse academic backgrounds an opportunity to acquire direct exposure to WITHOs operations and to enhance their educational experience through practical work assignments. It allows selected candidates to gain insight into the work of the Organisation and provides a learning opportunity in various professional fields.
Applicants should have an interest in WITHOs work, ability to adapt to new environments and work in a team with people from different cultural backgrounds. Interns work under the supervision of a WITHO staff member. The internship may be based out of the head-quarters of WITHO.
Qualifying for an Internship :
. Interns are selected on a competitive basis, based on the needs of the Organisation.
Candidates should be enrolled in a post-graduate program or in their final year of undergraduate studies, in fields related to the work of the Organisation
