How can I contact helpdesk/live proctor in case of any issue/problem during the CSEET exam?

Until the candidate is not logged in for the CSEET exam, he/she can use phone/mobile to contact the ICSI helpdesk for resolving technical queries and assistance with login for the CSEET exam. Once the candidate is logged in and the test process has commenced then candidates cannot use their phones/mobiles. During the CSEET exam process, candidates should use only the chat box or built-in mic of the system to contact the live proctor for any assistance.
