How can I contact my family in emergency, if the phone is not allowed inside the college?

Hi Arman. You can give the phone number of college office or class incharge faculty who will inform you if there is an urgent call from your home and you have to attend that. -
GM,College allows you to call from college phone. As you are in the college campus for any reason you can call to your family members.
