How can I continue my Diploma in civil engineering now after three years of gap?

I have completed 3-semesters of Diploma in civil engineering and want to continue it now.

Hello Meet, You have not mentioned any reason. Of course it could be anything. But college will definitely seek reason from you to readmit. You will have to get readmitted in same college. I suggest you pay a visit to college, meet principal or admin head who will surely tell you procedure.
