How can I convert 3 year Diploma in hotel management into a degree course? I have done 3 years Diploma course from Aurangabad.

I'm afraid that's not possible after the completion of the course. You should have confirmed with the institute before taking admission that whether they are providing a degree or Diploma certificate.
