How can I crack CAT in 6 months?

6 months is a decent period of time to crack CAT. In CAT, there are different sections- Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning and Verbal and Reading Comprehension. Each section of the test has a few important topics which you must cover. Maths: Students from non-engineering backgrounds are not too comfortable in QA. If you are not an engineering student then you must focus in this section to improve your score, which will impact overall MAT percentile. The most important topics being - Logarithm, Algebra, Geometry, Permutation and Combination and Probability. LR/DI: Again a section where high-scoring can be done as this is comparatively easier than the others. You should focus on Data Sufficiency, Bar Graph, Tables, Case-lets and Pi-charts. Verbal and Reading Comprehension: You need to be proficient in words to crack this section. Learn 5-10 words every day. Focus on fill in the blanks, grammar, para completion, para jumble, word usage and verbal reasoning. Usually, there is no GK in CAT. To crack CAT, you need utter dedication and you should be very hard working or a genius in mathematics and reasoning.
