    Definitely, it is not you alone but almost all the students who are planning to appear for CPT exam and are going to get roughly 3 months for preparation. Let me tell you this, 3 months are more than sufficient. There are certain tips that I would like to give you here:
    1. Pay attention to all subjects as you know it is compulsory to pass in all topics, so you cannot skip out on maths, economics or any of the topics.
    2. Attempt a lot of scanners or previous year papers. This will help you understand how to time yourself and also it will indicate to you what chapters you need to focus on.

    CA CPT is the first exam of CA. So, one needs to have a clear knowledge in concepts.
    The following are some of the preparation tips:
    1) You need to score at least 30% in all subjects. So, you need to concentrate on all subjects to qualify the basics.
    2) Since you are appearing for a CA exam, the accounting skills are very important. If your basics in accounts are clear, your chances of clearing the examination would be high.
    So, take more practice on accounting as well as the theory part too.
