How can I crack GD-PI as my english is very weak?

I completed my HSC from West Bengal board. I am in the 3rd year of B.Sc (Hons) in chemistry.

    First, think of the tunes of good spoken English, by listening to VOA and BBA. This is to be done immediately. Then, build up your levels of confidence and general awareness of problems. Do some rehearsals at home. Understand the methodology and participate in the GD and PI activities. This will be a good beginning.

    GD is not about good English speaking. You need to understand the subject first. Start with Your view towards the subject in your words. Listen to the other members carefully, let them complete their part of talking & then start talking.
    In GD only speaking out is not important. It contains your patience, body language, your eye contacts with other members, Your style of speaking (speak without any hesitation), understanding of subject & other group members etc.
    So, don't worry. just take care of these points & crack it.
