(I am assuming that the person carrying on this voyage has already cleared his/her Mains exam and knows all the rudiments of all the topics).
1. Chemistry is the key to get a good score. It needs lesser effort compared to the other two subjects and it is very scoring. So one must stu...more -

Greetings from SHIKSHA.
Cracking JEE Advanced is not that much tough but not much that easy. Since if you have clear JEE Mains with good marks then it can help you much because almost 90 % syllabus is same of Advanced and Mains. The paper pattern is complex in Advanced. The reason that why the student who is having very well marks in JEE Mains but cannot cracked JEE Advanced is that the student knows the concept but the practice of JEE Advanced Complex Pattern is lacking in the Students.
So, first parameter to crack JEE Advanced in one month is to practice the answer marking system of JEE Advanced.
Try to revise the concepts which you wer...more -

1. Chemistry is the key to get a good score. It needs lesser effort compared to the other two subjects and it is very scoring. So one must study the chemistry NCERT book very meticulously, atleast twice in the 30 days.
2. Attempt previous year IIT-JEE question papers and try to do atleast 1 paper in every two days (or maybe a paper every day). Starting from the latest paper and moving backwards. Bingo, at the end of a month you have solved 15 year's question...more -
The simple and straightforward answer would be that you cannot.
JEE can be cracked only after persistence efforts and preparations for at least one year. Even the toppers whom people call genius put inexplicable efforts for two years to get where they are. Even the ones who are born geniuses have to work for more than one month to get a decent rank in JEE Advanced.
So, forget about cracking Advanced in 1 month (you can't even crack Mains in that much time).
1 month is barely enough for revision and mock tests alone so you can only revise for Mains in one month not prepare for the entire exam.
I would suggest others to at least start prepa...more -
If you are asking that question, chances are that you have been preparing for JEE Mains and Advanced since a lot of time now and you want to know the strategy for the last one month before the exam.
Here, I would say do the following:
Take 1 mock test per week. Now, at this time you should be well versed with all the topics and should only be practicing. While taking mock tests, make sure that you take the test as close to the real test time as possible so that your body gets used to it. Download OMR sheet from the net and practice circling the options while taking mocks.
Once you have taken the mock, spend the rest of the week to check w...more -
During your preparation, divide the available time equally among all subjects. All the subjects will carry roughly weightage in relation to qualifying marks. Physics requires a lot of revision as even minor facts from nooks and corners of the syllabus may be asked. Given the vast syllabus, it is better if aspirants revise Physics at least 5-6 days before the date of exam. It is found that many students face problems dealing with multiple choice questions (MCQs) even if they have prepared quite well. Practice in solving MCQ scan help greatly in this. Solving MCQs from the various practice books available in the market would be a wise de...more

8 years agoOne cannot literally crack exam like JEE Advanced in one month.Theoretically, JEE paper is designed for long-term hard work and syllabus is vast and tough as well. IIT JEE Advanced is one of the toughest entrance examination of India. Even after two years of immense hard work, there is a possibility of failure. But if you are exceptionally talented then the things may be different. Nothing is impossible on this planet.
But you have to put all your efforts for that. You need to do a lot of preparation in just a single month.
Points you should follow for the best outcome:
1. Study for about 16-17 hours in a day. Seems too much but time is v...more -
IIT-JEE cannot be cracked in 1 month, 90% of the time. If you are exceptionally talented, then yes, you can.
Let's discuss the 90% situation first. It's 90% because JEE is not designed to be cracked in 1 month. JEE requires constant hard work. And there's no short cut. You can get the cue for board exams by looking at past years' exams but JEE changes every year. You will get a new pattern each year.
Also, if you are in general category, you have plain bad luck. The number of seats for the general category has remained same over the years but the number of students fighting for them has risen. You can only give your best shot and hope f...more -

8 years agoHello Students,
First of all, we all must remember the adage "Nothing is gained without attempting". How true is that in this present situation! Instead of ruing over lost time, start preparing right away. Nothing is impossible in this world.
What only matters is with how much intensity you are approaching the issue. Obviously, if you have only one month time of preparation, your motivation levels have to be super high. You must begin by assigning time for each subject every day. You must assign time for exercise and Pranayam every day even if it is 15 minutes, it's required. Then we all know that it's impossible to study 24 hours a day...more

Candidates should ideally try to solve at least 3 previous year JEE question papers per week. However, candidates can also increase the frequency of this to 5 to 6 papers per week, one month before the exam. Candidates should also assess their performance after solving each JEE Advanced question paper to understand their weaknesses and strengths.
