Only JEE is not everything you can also prepare for various other private and government institutions. A lot of good colleges are there in India.

Hello Mithilesh, Every year many students appear for JEE Mains, only about 10% are cleared to take JEE Advanced. Again very few out of these actually get admission. So, you see there is nothing to get fed up of. One must rationally analyse strengths and weaknesses. There is a world outside IITs.
