MAT preparation or any other management entrance examination preparation is not a single day activity. That requires strategical planning and hard ship. Before taking MAT examination, first check your strength and weaknesses. Later, one can focus on the weaknesses of areas. For example one is weak in English they can focus more on English, if not in quantitative techniques, that area needs to be focused more, such preparation requires strategical planning. There is no short route or cuts to crack MAT but only realistic preparation with good material, determination in cracking entrance examination alone helps.

I will try to give my own example as I did start my preparation for MAT before 3 month of the exams.
Set your plan right. Work on your plan and identify your weakness and strength. Get a materiel right. Try to plan and identify above stated things within a week. Set your plan agile and keep buffer time for revision and solving mock test papers.
Start with your verbal and quantitative practice in parallel. 3 months can make or change the game, time management is very important at every single point of time till the final day and even on the day.
Keep positive! Solve questions in a specified time frame this will help you in doing questions

There is no shortcut for success. The more you practice, the better you get.
The Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is conducted by the All India Management Association (AIMA) to facilitate Business Schools (B-Schools) to screen candidates for admission to MBA and allied programs.
MAT serves as an entry card to over 600 B-schools over India.
For covering full syllabus from the scratch, it is little tough in three months but I will suggest you to have two books.
Face To Face MAT With 21 Years (1997-2017):
Each chapter in the book contains an authentic compilation of Previous Years Questions asked in MAT in the last 19 years (1997-2017).

    Hi,
The best way to go ahead with a plan is to solve as many mocks as possible. It doesn't make sense to go through the complete syllabus if you have 3 months to study. You need to appear for mocks and start studying your strengths and weaknesses. You have enough time to improve on it and you'll simultaneously cover as much syllabus as you can. You need to spend quality time after you have the result of each of your mock. The solutions need to be analysed for better and faster ways. More the exams you appear for, better your scope of being confident and prepared for the last day. Good luck!

No, MAT is not compulsory for the admission process in MBA or PGDM courses offered at ICBM-SBE. The institute uses a number of national-level entrance examinations such as CAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, GMAT, and MAT for multiple qualifying opportunities. This flexibility gives students with diverse academic and test-based backgrounds equal opportunities to apply. While a valid entrance exam score is mandatory, candidates are free to submit scores from any of the accepted tests-not just MAT-as part of the selection process.

Yes, you can get admission to the MBA programme at AURO University with a valid MAT score. A valid MAT score, combined with a good academic record and performance in the personal interview, can help secure a seat in their MBA program.

If you make an error in the educational qualifications section of the MAT form, you can typically make amends during the official correction period offered by AIMA. The correction period is open for a short time after the submission of the application. You can log in with your MAT account and edit the form, but not every field is editable, so check before you submit. If the correction period has closed, then you can contact AIMA support, but changes will not be guaranteed. It is always a good idea to save a copy of your original form for your reference.
