You need to be systematic while preparing for this exam. You need to ensure that you cover all the areas. You will need to prepare for both the objective type questions and also essay type. There will be a common paper in the area of teaching. The other two parts will be subject oriented. Do solve as many previous years’ papers. Know the pattern of the exam. Try to refer the previous year papers to know the pattern of questions followed in the exam. I have attached some of the previous year SET commerce exam papers in this post. - Know the syllabus of the exam. This is again very important when preparing for the exam to know the syllabus covered in the exam so that you can go through the topics orderly. I have attached the SET commerce syllabus in this post. Just go through the topics given and try to cover all the topic.

Work on your plan and identify your weakness and strength. Get a materiel right. Try to plan and identify above stated things within a week. Set your plan agile and keep buffer time for revision and solving mock test papers. Start with your verbal and quantitative practice in parallel. 3 months can make or change the game, time management is very important at every single point of time till the final day and even on the day. Keep positive! Solve questions in a specified time frame this will help you in doing questions in time. Maintain a good balance between your accuracy and solving time. Be focused and calm. For the last month keep all the formulas and tricks handy and revise on a daily basis. Remember not to be emotional while solving or appearing for exam. Manage your time wisely. Be devoted, dedicated and determined to whatever you do.
