How can I crack SNAP in 3 months?

SNAP or the Symbiosis National Aptitude Test is the MBA entrance exam conducted by the Symbiosis International University for the admission in MBA programmes of the 15 B-schools under the university. It is a paper pencil based test of 2 hours having 150 questions from 4 sections. Work on your plan and identify your weakness and strength. Get a materiel right. Try to plan and identify above stated things within a week. Set your plan agile and keep buffer time for revision and solving mock test papers. Start with your verbal and quantitative practice in parallel. 3 months can make or change the game, time management is very important at every single point of time till the final day and even on the day. Keep positive! Solve questions in a specified time frame this will help you in doing questions in time. Maintain a good balance between your accuracy and solving time. Be focused and calm. For the last month keep all the formulas and tricks handy and revise on a daily basis. Remember not to be emotional while solving or appearing for exam. Manage your time wisely. Be devoted, dedicated and determined to whatever you do.

More than 50,000 students take SNAP exam every year. It is one of the most popular exams after CAT and XAT. The major differentiating factor from CAT is the General Awareness section. General Awareness section has a key role to play in SNAP. But the overall difficulty level is less in SNAP than in CAT. Thus a separate strategy is definitely needed for SNAP. There are three sections in SNAP: Quantitative Ability, General English & General Knowledge. Quantitative Ability further consists of: Arithmetic, Data Interpretation and Data Sufficiency. It has more emphasis on arithmetic kind of questions. General English is the easiest section with Verbal Reasoning, vocabulary and Grammar. General Awareness is the difficult part mainly because of the vastness of the area. Thus the practice can be split into 3 parts: concept driven, practice driven and being constantly updated with latest happenings all around the world. For cracking Arithmetic section 9-10 class NCERT books should be fine. Reading newspaper helps in both verbal and GK section. Thus an aspirant must make the habit of reading paper from three months before at least. By taking care of above mentioned aspects, one can crack SNAP easily in three months.
