India IT industry prefers following types of graduates in order of precedence: B.Tech CSE/ IT, MCA, M.Sc CS/ IT, BCA, B.Sc CSE/ IT, Diploma in CSE. B.Tech CSE is the most sought after graduates. You may choose any of the options based on your +2 and entrance exams performance.

You should opt for B.Tech in CSE and IT. You can also pursue BCA, but B.Tech is a better option for you.
