How can I decide what my passion is for pursuing my career?
I am a 12 pass out (479/500) with PCMB and I am very much confused about my interests and passion.

You have to do only one thing- observe in which field do you want to spend more time than your daily routine work. If you observe this you automatically come to a conclusion on which field is the best for you.
