How can i determine home state rank from air in JEE 2015? Is their any state quota in NIT? My air is 284260, 12th CBSE 85% from Haryana

Yes there is state quota in NIT. You can't calculate your state rank like this.eother it will be on CSAB else on haryana counselling website.
