How can I develop my personality and communication skills?

1. Read and Practice a lot. 2. EDX, Coursera, Futurelearn and Udemy offer host of wonderful courses that you can register in and improve your skills. 3. Most important is, to practice what you have learnt and even better keep a note of all the practice you do and what are the learning key points from it. You can thus be your own teacher. 4. Post all of this, you can choose a professional certification if need be. But self study and application of what you studied like activities and case studies will boost confidence.
