How can I do a biotechnology course after completing class 12th? I have no idea.

I would like to do it from the North East only. Better in Universities like Tezpur University.

Biotechnology will have lots of scope and opportunities in the coming years, it is an emerging branch for the students who are interested in Biology and cannot afford a doctor's degree.
