How can I do an advanced Diploma in computer system technology from Sheridan College, Canada? I have done my 12th with commerce stream.

My percentage was 78% without maths (12th).

You are very well eligible for the course and based on your 12th percentile I will suggest you also try for a top ranked university. For Sheridan entry requirements please check the college website. Also, take the IELTS.
