How can I do Masters in finance from Canada?

My IELTS score is 6 (R:5.5, S:6, L:6.5 W:6) and I completed my B.Com with 70% (2011) and MBA with 84% (2013). Am I eligible to apply for post graduation courses in Canada? Can my visa accept my Canadian immigration?
