Manish...The University of Reading in UK offers a MSc in Construction Management course for which you might be eligible to apply. You are interested in doing MBA in construction Because you have an experience of 15 year in the same field . That's great thing but the requirement of MBA in construction is graduation with 60%. You try to do MBA through Distance mode.
