How can I do MBA in operations? I have 18 years of experience in retail sales & marketing including 3 years of my own business experience.

Executive MBA is better option for you as you have 18 years of work experience.

I would suggest you to take GMAT entrance exam, and then either go for Indian School of Business - Hyderabad or for executive MBA abroad, if you are able to get decent scores.
