How can I do MSc bioinformatics/biotechnology and MSc Clinical Research together simultaneously in 2 yrs & from which University?

I want to pursue both the degrees under distance mode of education, is it possible? if possible then from which Indian universities is this possible? Do the universities donot seek the university migration certificate at the time of course admission under distance mode of education?
