How can I do well in litigation? Because I am going to be first generation lawyer in my family.

I am in 12th class right now and I am preparing for CLAT 2023 and my examination will be conduct on 18th of dec 2022 and I am going to pursue law as a career.

    Litigation is an art that can be mastered only through practice. The best method to master litigation is by improving your vocabulary and linguistic confidence. Every Legal Institutions provide facilities for Moot Court Societies and other legal competitions. Researching and participating in Moot Courts, Legal Debates, Client Consulting Competitions, Trial Advocacy Competitions and other law based competitions can help you get used to the legal world and also, it can be a booster dose to awaken the lawyer in you. Participation provides experience and helps gain confidence in speaking. Good luck!
