How can I do well in the GD-PI of IIM? Which book should I refer?

I can't speak fluent english.

    You don't have to refer to any specific book and not being fluent in English is also fine. All you need to do is be aware of current affairs. Apart from that, you need to have certain skills for a GD, like being a good listener, being assertive and not aggressive, being polite, giving everyone a chance to speak, making sure you are the one in first 2-3 speakers in the group, etc.
    If you are not still confident, I suggest you join GD-PI classes of any Institute like TIME. They will teach you well and do multiple mock GDs to boost your confidence.
