How can I edit the application form? I previously applied for PGDM and now want to apply for E-Business and BD as well.

Once you have submitted your application, you cant edit it, you can only view it or download it as a pdf. If you do get through, maybe you can try talking to the admission department if there is a seat in the course you desire.
