The best platform for you to enter in IT field and to gain good knowledge of IT background is "CDAC" my dear friend.
I also faced the same situation few years back.

Apply for walk in interviews in software companies and give interviews for suitable job openings in those companies.

Instead of doing MBA in it, go for MCA and find out which are your areas of interest since HR and iIT are two different fields. No doubt, you can take up major-minor combinations also in MBA depending upon the institute. But you will really need to do a research as to which job requires what type of
