How can I enter in film production area?
I worked as a graphic designer and DTP work. I want to work in film editing, animation and VFX.

Hi Dilip,
There are several careers in media in writing, production or post production:
• You can become a reporter, actor or getting behind the camera to direct, cinematograph or do finishing work as an editor, compositor or a VFX artist who can add reality to 3D visualizations.

If you have time, you can join a 3 years' degree or professional diploma course on 3D animation and VFX or a film making course which will cover the entire pipeline. Or, depending on your time and financial feasibility, you can join 18 months of advance diploma course or 12 months of a diploma cours

* Have technical aptitude
* Have wide experience of the post production process
*Be familiar with a variety of computer editing equipment

You can do a course from any of the institutes that can help you with the right placement after the completion of course. But, you will have to make a choice whether you want to go for VFX or animation.
