How can I explain my year drop in IIM interviews to get through it?

My profile: 10th marks = 90.57%, 12th marks = 91.67%, Graduation CGPA = 8.5, Working experience = 1.5 years. Also, I am planning to take a year drop now as I am unable to prepare along with my job.

Just say, I am honest with my work and too dedicated which in output gave no time to study, so I took the drop for getting at this place which shows my dedication and risk taking ability.
