    Charles Sturt University in Melbourne offers a scholarship named CSU Refugee and Asylum Seeker Scholarship that disburses 100% of the tuition fees of undergraduate students studying any full time on-campus or online course who hold appropriate refugee visas. However, it is for a very niche audience.

    Hence, students can apply for the Vice-Chancellor International Excellence Scholarship, which can disburse about 50% tuition fees of outstanding students who demonstrate Charles Sturt values and community contributions.
