How can I get a 10 on 10 GPA in class 10th in state syllabus and I'm from Telangana?

You will have to do smart work in place of working too hard at this stage. Yes, of course, you need not worry about this because if you will pay attention to your study of the 10th standard just 3-4 hours effectively. I'm sure you will gain what you want. But you need to study effectively and not just for time passing, that is, you should have to lose in your study content completely for those hours. -
Getting a perfect 10 CGPA (no upgradation) would just mean that either you spend an hour every day studying and chill during the test times or study just one week before the exam and chill the rest of the year scoring the same.
Your SA1 and SA2 are the most important. If you don't do well on the tests, it's okay. But the SA1 and SA2, they will determine your CGPA. Previous years' papers are quite helpful and these will help you gain confidence and help you with predicting the possible questions. Remember, prefer smart work over hard work.
