How can I get a better job and what would I have to do for the same? I am a 2nd year, ENTC student and have failed 2 times in FE.

Do not worry about the job now. Put in your best efforts and do well from now on and improve your performance. After completion, you can think of your job - technical or non-technical (like say HR jobs), based on your performance.
