How can I get a call from PUMBA? Last time I got 70.44 percentile in MHCET (MBA) 2014.

PUMBA doesn't give call you have to apply through DTE admission process. And 70.44 percentile is too less for PUMBA. You should get at least 96 percentile for open category.
