If you want to go for a private bank sector then you have to crack the exam of a private bank as private bank conducts their own online exam.

Private bank conduct their own online exam and after clearing the exam, you have to appear for an interview.
You have to keep yourself updated with the notification released by the banks for recruitment. The syllabus is same for the bank.
